Training night stretching exercises

For Monday and Wednesday club nights we meet at:

Mondays - All abilities from Beginners to Intermediate runners, 6:30pm
The sessions on Monday nights will range from those suitable for complete beginners to intermediate runners. Those more advanced runners are very welcome to come along but why not help us assist the other groups? There will be jog leaders on hand to provide a training session no matter what your jogging/running ability is.

Wednesdays - 6:30pm
A full programme of Wednesday activities including fitness, hill work, reps and 5k time trials! The latest Wednesday programme is listed on the Club News page.

Sundays - 10am - meet at the Rothiemurchus & Aviemore Tennis Club

A longer run is available for those wishing to train for Half Marathons or even further. These sessions are come along and run and are not jogscotland programmed runs. The emphasis is on long slow duration and very much a sociable run with no agendas. Ideally you must be able to run 10Km in 60 mins to join this group.
